Training Center Terms of Service

Thank you for registering for Dog Training Class at the Potter League.

Please read the terms below.

Multi-week class tuition fees are non-refundable once the class has begun. There is a $25 cancellation fee within 48 hours of the start of a multi-week class. In all instances, transfer of class tuition to another class is allowed as long as there is room in that class. For one-time classes, class credit will be given.

I am voluntarily enrolling in training classes/groups at the Robert Potter League for Animals, Inc. I have read and understand the Training Guidelines and General Information about the training classes. I hereby agree that I will not hold the instructors, volunteers and/or assistants of the Potter League or the Robert Potter League for Animals, Inc. responsible in any way for any injuries or other damages incurred to myself, other family members, or my dog at the Potter League’s training classes/groups. The primary handler must be 18 years of age or older.

I understand that my dog’s behavior now and in the future is solely the responsibility of the owner of the dog. Should any behavior on my dog’s part now or in the future result in injury or damage to the property, owners, or person of some third party, as owner I agree to assume full liability to such third party for any and all injury or damages, and to absolve, indemnify and hold harmless the Robert Potter League for Animals Inc., and any of their employees, volunteers or agents from any and all claims to pay any financial or other damages to a third party. I agree to permit the free use of my name and any photograph, digital picture, video that may be taken during this class in any broadcast, telecast, publication or other use at the Potter League’s discretion.

I have read the above release and agree to the statement which shall bind not only myself but my representatives, successors and assigns as well.
