We love hearing how potter league pets are doing in their new homes, and hope you enjoy reading these "happy tails" as much as we do.
Miss Kitty loves her new home and appears happy and content. She sleeps with Mommy Vicky at night on her new King size bed and loves all the nice soft comforters. Sometimes she sleeps with Daddy Frank in the other room on top of his chest at night and tends to wake him when he snores too loud by poking him on the face with her paw. She even reminds mommy to wear her CPAP mask when she neglects to wear it and has intermittent apnea. Miss Kitty will go about poking mommy on the face to breath. During those times, we call her Nurse Kitty. We love her very much. Thank you for bringing joy and companionship into our lives.
Today, the Shaffert family is very thankful for Emmy! She was adopted from the Potter League in November and is very thankful for her new home! On Thanksgiving, Emmy took a walk with her family, and had a long nap afterwards on her new memory foam bed! She is a perfect dog, and we are thankful for the Potter League for helping us give her her forever home. Happy Thanksgiving!
We adopted Brutus our blind bunny in September and he is doing wonderful! He is accustomed to his areas and he even runs and popcorns because he seems so happy! As our two bunnies aren’t fully bonded yet, they do enjoy having play dates and their pens are side by side and they do keep each other company as I see them watch each other. Thank you for everything.
We just wanted to reach out and let you know that Chaser is doing very well. We have decided to call her Chase and she is very sweet, loves to roll around in the grass and get belly rubs, and she smiles all the time! She is settling in very well and we just love her! We hope to take advantage of some of the obedience classes in the future, but for now we are just getting to know each other. Thanks for everything!
