I support the Potter League and what it has done for our community, not only in handling the homeless animal issues that are State-mandated, but also in enriching my own life. I have directly or indirectly benefited from their services to our community and believe, particularly as the other two Island communities have contributed to the new shelter, that Portsmouth ought to do likewise.”
