Dakota was adopted today! Our biggest loser became a real winner. A wonderful couple welcomed Dakota into their lives and will maintain his weight reduction program. Dakota will also be checking-in regularly with their veterinarian. Dakota lost 32 pounds while in our care. And today he left weighing in at a svelte 131 pounds. ...

People often perceive shelter animals as flawed……after all someone either abandoned them or gave them up. Something must be wrong with them. But we know better.
