Reading For Fun
Studies prove that children who read do better in school. Our humane education and volunteer departments have worked together to offer Reading Fur Fun to local schools, libraries and group homes. Our best friends provide the perfect audience for the reluctant reader. Potter League volunteers and their dogs meet with children who need more practice reading. We are always on the lookout for more volunteers, contact Joyce Barton if you would like to particpate in this rewarding program.
For more information, contact Joyce at (401) 846-8276 or at
