2013 is the Year of the Cat

The Potter League has designated 2013 as “The Year of the Cat”! Although the Chinese calendar states it is the Year of the Snake…here at the Potter League we feel differently. We will be concentrating our efforts on a wide range of cat issues and challenges as well as spreading the word about the joy of sharing your home with a cat (or two!). Dogs tend to get most of the attention when people come through our doors, but this year, the cats will take over the limelight. Starting in February the Potter league will be offering educational opportunities, adoption events and pretty much anything that involves cats.

Together we can make this year one of our best for our feline friends!

 Fetching Friends Transport Program

Fetching Friends is a Potter League lifesaving program which transports animals from high volume/low adoption shelters to our facility in Rhode Island where adopters are eagerly awaiting their arrival. To make a donation to support this life saving program, please click here

LEXI

Although she may come off as a little shy, don't let her fool you; Lexi is just dying to cuddle! She's very sweet and loves attention, and it doesn't take much for her to come out of her shell and show you the wonderful cat that she is. She would do well in a home with children and possibly other cats.
